The staff were extremely kind and we enjoyed our mini vacation to the full potential thanks to them. Our room had an amazing view which was equally impressive at night as it was during the day. We liked the fact that the furniture was masive, made of real wood which is quite rare in today's plastic world. Having two bathrooms, of which one had a large bath with good heating, was really a huge plus. I would recommend booking a sea view room. The Restaurant had a limited menu but good quality while the breakfast buffet had enough of options. At the breakfast ask the staff to make you real espresso or whatever coffee you prefer because the automatic coffee machine makes a burnt/bitter version. We were impressed by the kindness and helpfulness from the receptionist Stefan who helped us on numerous occasions as well as the kind waiter called Matija. I would like to thank them for making our stay even more enjoyable.

The spa area needed staff to stop children using the adult only facilities. The housekeeping staff were very good except on the last day they threw wife's medication away. The rooms with sea views were exceptional. The sunset and crystal clear waters amazing. The breakfast buffet was unfortunately luke warm most mornings, but there was a very good selection. The on-site restaurant, like all the restaurants in town were very expensive. Alcohol is also expensive. The hotel is in a good location, with a bus stop just outside complex, with a No.6 bus to the old town about a 15 minute journey away. Although in high season this apparently takes a lot longer. A short walk into town along a very picturesque coastal pathway. We had a very nice overall stay and would definitely go back.

Super spacious room with really comfy bed - we especially loved the glorious view of the sea and the bay, really breath-taking. Amazing spread to choose from at breakfast buffet. Nice pools. Beautiful sunset views, and lovely bars and restaurants to enjoy. Stunning turquoise sea to swim in. Just a wonderfully relaxing place. We had a suite which worked perfectly for us and our primary-school aged son - he had a very comfortable sofa bed in the 'living room' space with his own bathroom, while we had the main bedroom and bathroom (also, he loved the breakfasts!).

The hotel is part of a resort, so there are a lot of facilities around (though as we visited in the off-season most were closed). The views on the ocean side of the hotel are incredible. The staff were very helpful and courteous, they helped us in every way they could. The complimentary toiletries are great quality. The bed was really comfortable. Food at breakfast and in the restaurant was quite good. The sauna was great. Getting the bus into town was quite easy though takes a little walk to the bus stop. Taxis easily available too.

We were very happy with the suite and accomodations. In 2019, our family stayed at the same hotel, Royal Princess,Dubrovnik, and we decided tocome back again this year! Buffet breakfast has wonderful options and the staff is excellent. Also, seaview suite was great! One disappointment for this year 2024, Princess pool was closed and there were no chairs or lounge chairs on the premises by the sea.As a family, we love to be outdoors, and that limited our time by your beautiful coastline.
